The Asurans: Replicators in the Image of the Ancients
The Asurans were a distinct nanite-based Replicator civilization created by the Lanteans in human form and modeled on their makers. Intended as a weapon against the Wraith, they were programmed with aggression but developed into a society that mirrored many aspects of Ancient civilization. This episode examines how the Lanteans rejected the project, attacked the Asuran homeworld, and left surviving nanites to rebuild the city of Asuras.
